Satin and Corded Embroidered Tulle First Communion Dress with Sequins - SP195

I'm out of state and I found Molly's Hanger through a web search. I ordered a dress thinking that this would be your average disconnected customer service experience. I was so wrong! I received the dress and ordered a second one in a smaller size as well as a veil and purse. I didn't realize it, but the veil I ordered is hand-made. I received a phone call from Anne-Marie the next day to confirm the date of my daughter's First Communion to insure the veil would arrive in time. She also confirmed that it was the most flattering veil for the particular dress I ordered. I then received an email a few days later because she had found a small blemish on the second dress she had in stock. Anne-Marie PAID the fee to have the manufacturer ship the dress and purse directly to me so they would all arrive in time. The veil arrived and they mailed it the following day to me. Everything arrived in plenty of time and it looks beautiful! And did I mention the hand-written note from Anne-Marie wishing my daughter God's blessing on her First Communion? I can't say enough how this experience was a reminder of how customer service should be. They know at Molly's Hanger how special the day is and will do everything in their power to make it happen, even working small miracles! Thank you!
