Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Please allow 7 to 10 business days (Mon. through Fri.) for your order to be processed, and additional time for the items to be shipped to your door.  Please note that once your package leaves our facility, we cannot control or guarantee actual delivery times by the shipping carriers.

We offer USPS and UPS shipping options ~ free shipping for orders over $75 (before tax) within the United States.  For the most secure delivery of your package, we recommend shipping options with built in insurance options.  Please note that the cheaper shipping options by these carriers have little, or no, insurance or delivery guarantees.  Should a package get lost or damaged by the carrier, we cannot be held accountable beyond what the carrier selected option offers.

If you require your order over $50 to arrive within the United States quicker, we offer Express Handling where you can expect your order to ship from our facility in approximately 1-2 business days (Mon. through Fri.).  Please note that once your package leaves our facility, we cannot control or guarantee actual delivery times by the shipping carriers.

Orders outside the USA will be shipped based on the International shipping option selected by the customer at checkout.  Customs paperwork will be attached to your order when appropriate, however we cannot guarantee that the destination country releases the package through customs or the possible delivery date.  International shipping costs or the value of lost packages cannot be refunded.  We recommend that you check with customs in your local country to understand what their policies are for processing packages through their facility and any possible fees that can be assessed prior to ordering with us.

Cancellation/Changes Policy

You may cancel or change any item from within your order within 24 hours of placing your order with us and receive a full refund provided the item has not yet shipped.  Cancellation or changes to items after 24 hours MAY be subject to a 15% restocking fee if the item was already special ordered on your behalf and has not yet shipped.  Once your order has shipped, we cannot cancel or make changes to your order - please refer to our Refund Policy to see what to expect for your order.

 

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at Molly’s Hanger. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery (based on carrier tracking), subject to all return conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, all merchandise must:

  • Be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in all original packaging (including hangers, bags, protective packaging, and any included accessories)
  • Include a copy of the issued Return Authorization (RA) form inside the return package

Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or may be subject to a reduced refund at our sole discretion.

Return Authorization Required

Before returning any item, you must first contact us at Support@MollysHanger.com to request a Return Authorization (“RA”).

Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed, refused, or denied.

Once a Return Authorization has been issued, the return must be postmarked within 7 calendar days of the RA issuance date. Returns shipped after this period may not be accepted.

Inspection & Approval

All returned merchandise is subject to inspection upon receipt.

Approval of a Return Authorization does not guarantee a refund.

Refund eligibility and the final refund amount will be determined only after inspection and confirmation that all return requirements have been satisfied.

Items returned with signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, alterations, missing tags, or missing original packaging may be rejected or may receive a reduced refund.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Express handling fees
  • Gift wrap fees
  • International shipping charges
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for refund, replacement, or store credit.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our shipping error or a confirmed product defect.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for all returns.

Molly’s Hanger is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Shipping Disclaimer

Once an order leaves our facility and is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control and are not guaranteed.

Claims for lost or missing packages must be reported within 14 calendar days of the carrier’s marked delivery date.

Refused Deliveries / Incorrect Addresses

Orders refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer may be treated as returns and may be subject to applicable shipping charges, return shipping charges, and restocking fees.

Product Representation

We make every effort to display product colors, textures, sizing, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, fit, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variances, or batch differences and do not constitute defects.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued only to the original form of payment used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days after refund approval for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Clearance items
  • Sale items marked Final Sale
  • Personalized or custom-order items
  • Special-order merchandise

Fraud Prevention / Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or deny returns, refunds, exchanges, or future orders in cases of suspected fraud, excessive returns, abuse of our return policy, or misuse of payment disputes (including chargebacks).
