This holiday dress features a striped skirt of black velvet and flocked red taffeta.  The top has a black velvet bodice with long sleeves, a rounded neckline and zippered back.  Gathered waist with a red sash that ties in the back.  Dress is fully lined and includes a layer of crinoline for added fullness in the skirt.  Tea length.

Available in the following sizes: Medium (6-12 months), Large (12-18 months), X-Large (18-24 months), 2T, 5 and 8
