Girls Black Velvet Holiday Dress with Red and Black Plaid Skirt

Holiday dress with black stretch velvet bodice, long sleeves and round neckline. Plaid waist band is accented with a satin ribbon bow in the front. Red and black plaid skirt is fully lined and has a layer of crinoline for extra fullness. Tea length.
