Girls Black Stretch Velvet with Flocked White Taffeta Holiday Dress

This holiday dress features a striped skirt of black velvet and flocked white taffeta.  The top has a black velvet bodice with long sleeves, a rounded neckline and zippered back.  Gathered waist with a red sash that ties in the back.  Dress is fully lined and includes a layer of crinoline for added fullness in the skirt.  Tea length.
